Claim Back Overcharged Interest On Your Car Finance

WHO CAN CLAIM?

If you had car finance from any UK lender between 2014 and 2020 you may have an eligible claim. Currently, all car finance lenders are potentially eligible to claim against. Our system finds all potentially eligible car finance agreements in your name from these years.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our online tool finds all the car finance agreements you started with any car finance lender between 2014-2020, making it easy to start all your claims at once. You don't need to remember reg numbers or have the original paperwork to get started.

Once you complete the form and upload your ID, we then request the finance agreements directly from your lender(s) on your behalf, and assess them for eligibility against our legal partner's requirements. Lenders have 30 days to return these documents, and they require a copy of your ID to send us your documents.

If your finance agreement meets the eligibility requirements of our legal partners, we will refer it to them so they can start work on your claim(s). They will also require a copy of your ID to confirm your identity for the legal claim, which we will provide them with.

HOW MUCH IS A CLAIM WORTH?

Your compensation could be £1000's per vehicle as you may have been overcharged a significant amount of interest and/or put into an unsuitable agreement each time you took out a new finance agreement.

Our legal partners will be able to provide a more accurate claim value once we have referred the claim through to them to progress.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

Our claim assessment service, provided by Fairweather Group Ltd, is free of charge to you. We are paid a referral fee by our legal partners for eligible claims – you do not pay us.

You will only be charged a % of your compensation by our legal partners if your claim is referred to them and is successful. It's a no-win, no-fee claim. The maximum they will charge you is 48% (including VAT).

If your claim is not eligible to be referred, there is no fee.

If you cancel with 14 days of being referred to our legal partners, there is no fee.

If your claim is unsuccessful, there is no fee.
